We do hope that you are thrilled with your purchase but if you receive your garment and wish to return or exchange it please email email@example.com within 7days of receipt of the parcel.
In the email please specify: Your reason for return and if you would like and if you would like an exchange or refund.
All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with your order number written on the comp slip that will be enclosed, packaging and swing tag still attached. All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Shipping costs, return shipping costs, international customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Please return via recorded delivery, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

All garments are quality checked prior to posting but if you should receive a faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the above procedure. Products returned to us by you due to a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and any cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
